• Degree in Hospitality Management or Food and Beverage Management or related qualification with at least 5 years of experience in providing catering services • BSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in catering services • Higher National Diploma (HND) in Catering with at least 5 years of experience in catering services

• Five years working experience and beyond • Advanced knowledge of food preparation and presentation • Ability to estimate customer food needs and prepare menus accordingly • Ability to manage staff and train new staff • Proven experience in a similar role • Must have your own staff to work with • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and customer service skills • Advanced customer service skills • Strong leadership and supervisory skills • Understanding of safe food handling policies and procedures • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Time management and organizational skills

• Coordinate, prepare, and serve meals for individuals (staff) visitors etc • Provide meals in a small, private setting • Ensure that meals conform to health safety codes and other requirements • Train, supervise, and evaluate helpers • Ensure kitchen is clean and organized • Liaise with clients to ensure payments and account status are accurate • Decide what meals to prepare • Direct food preparation • Execute food orders • Handle customer difficulties • Preparing and serving food at events. • Handling managerial aspects of the business, such as contracts and invoices. • Observing and enforcing food safety regulations. • Must have your own staff to work with
