 Provision of clinical care to study participants within approved study protocols and national standards.  Perform basic clinical procedures such as ECG, biospecimen collection  Collect, extract, synthesize clinical data as per the requirements of specific study protocols  Coordinate the submission of clinical trial dossiers and essential documents to ethics committees and regulatory authorities and maintain correspondence with them.  Coordinate participant recruitment and follow up visits as well as monitor conduct of clinical studies according to good clinical practice and other guidelines and regulations.  Contribute to the review and writing of proposals for funding.  Perform any other roles assigned by KHRC

• Applicants must have MBChB degree, successfully completed two years of Housemanship training, and be in good standing with the Medical and Dental Council of Ghana

• Prior work experience with a health research institution will be an added advantage • successfully completed two years of Housemanship training • Ability to work with others. • Ability to adapt to a changing environment. • Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail • Very good verbal and written skills. • Competence in Microsoft office suite. • Demonstrate flexibility and a methodological approach to work. • Good interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
